Campaign for Pesticide Reduction

Mission Statement

At one of our first meetings in April 2003 we decided that we would:

Campaign for the reduction of cosmetic-use of pesticides in all non-agricultural areas. These areas include residential, public spaces and those that are environmentally sensitive.

To that end we have made small group presentations, spoken to both Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge Councils and have staffed public displays at community events over the past two years to raise awareness.
